Handle escalated guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently. Ensure adherence to company controls, policies, and procedures. Collaborate effectively with all departments to support smooth operations. Requirements Degree in Hospitality Management preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
