Technical Service Contracts Coordinator - ΑΘΗΝΑ - ΑΤΤΙΚΗ

As we are expanding, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Service Contracts Coordinator to join our team. This position reports to Sales Director and includes the following responsibilities: Technical Service Contracts Coordinator Key Responsibilities: Manage renewals of maintenance and technical support contracts, Prepare, draft, and finalize contracts in line with commercial agreements, Create and follow up on quotations for preventive maintenance services, repairs, system expansions, and technical support, Create, manage, and register quotations and related activities in the ERP system on behalf of the Sales Director, Monitor contract expirations and inform sales representatives of required actions, Produce preventive maintenance & service contract reports for the Sales Director, Collect contracts, purchase orders, quotations, and deliver complete documentation files to the Maintenance Department, Register accounting contracts (maintenance & technical support agreements) and billing schedules in the ERP system, Monitor invoicing for maintenance contracts and emergency repair services (SRVT), Register orders resulting from awarded quotations, Monitor invoicing planning for repairs and maintenance contracts, Support both Athens & Thessaloniki offices in contract execution and completion of signatures by legal representatives.
