Supply Chain Executive - ΑΘΗΝΑ - ΑΤΤΙΚΗ

ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, an international company in the realm of plastic resources, is looking for a Supply Chain Executive . 📌 Location: Athens 📍 Working Model: Hybrid 🖋️You will be reporting to: COO Your work will include: As a Supply Chain Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficient and compliant international logistics operations. More specifically: Search, negotiate, and commission logistics services, including contract preparation Create and implement purchase/sales orders and delivery schedules Organize export/import documentation in close cooperation with transport companies and authorities Handle claim management processes Independently supervise the entire supply chain cycle up to final delivery and document collection Control and verify invoices from suppliers, customers, and logistics service providers Manage invoicing and support accounting processes Perform data input, analysis, and reporting Organize and improve logistics data systems, including database development Optimize logistics and supply chain processes using modern digital tools Communicate and coordinate with authorities, external consultants, and partners Participate in trade fairs and conferences What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply chain or Logistics  Proven experience in Customer service, Supply chain, and/or in the procurement of export/import logistics services (road and sea), incl. for non-hazardous waste.  Fluent both in Greek and English (oral & written)  Knowledge of Spanish will be considered as an asset  Very good knowledge of MS-Office and experience with ERP software  Good experience in the use of digital tools for the procurement of logistics services  Strong interpersonal and communication skills   Team player and adaptable  Independent, structured and self-reliant way of working with a high level of commitment  Absolute discretion, loyalty and reliability   Compensation Package and Benefits: Competitive Remuneration Package Mobile phone & Laptop Expenses Medical plan 👥 Recruitment Process: If you are interested in this role, feel free to apply directly.
