Following our strategic expansion plan, we are now preparing to launch our flagship retail location in Athens, which will serve as the cornerstone for our upcoming chain of stores across Greece. Position: Store Manager (Flagship Store – Athens) Candidate Requirements & Profile: We are seeking a highly professional and results-oriented Local Greek National to lead the daily operations of our first retail branch. The ideal candidate must possess: Professional Background: Proven management experience in large-scale retail environments or hypermarkets. Candidates with prior experience at major chains such as JUMBO, Sklavenitis, or international big-box retailers are highly preferred. Operational Expertise: Strong capabilities in floor management, inventory control, team leadership, and ensuring excellence in customer service. Language Skills: Native Greek fluency is essential, complemented by professional proficiency in English to ensure smooth communication with the corporate headquarters. Leadership Traits: A proactive mindset with the ability to manage the full lifecycle of a new store opening and drive performance in a fast-paced retail setting.
