Our Spa Team , including Spa Therapists and Spa Receptionists, ensures exceptional service through professional treatments, attentive guest care, delivering tranquillity and comfort.   Whether providing luxurious face and body treatments, assisting guests with personalized recommendations, or ensuring a welcoming spa journey from arrival to departure, guest satisfaction and holistic care are at the heart of what we do.   Responsibilities: Treatments: Perform a variety of spa treatments (massages, facials, body treatments) according to established protocols and guest needs. Guest Care: Welcome guests warmly, provide consultations, and ensure a relaxing, personalized spa experience. Preparation: Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products to maintain high hygiene and presentation standards. Product Knowledge: Recommend suitable treatments and retail products to guests to enhance their journey of wellness. Teamwork: Support the spa team by maintaining cleanliness, stock levels, and assisting colleagues when needed. About you You have previous experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role within luxury hospitality, along with a recognized certification in massage therapy, beauty, or spa treatments. You communicate fluently in English and bring strong knowledge of a variety of treatment techniques and products. You are confident in delivering exceptional customer service, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and relaxing experience for guests.
