About the job As a solar panel installer, you work daily on installing solar power systems on roofs. You work under the supervision of a foreman and are responsible for a safe and tidy execution. Install solar panels on residential and commercial rooftops; Connect inverters and wiring; Perform maintenance and troubleshoot existing installations; Communicate with customers and explain how the system works; Work according to current safety regulations. Technical skills and preferably experience in electrical work or roofing; No fear of heights and physically fit; Possession of a valid driver’s license (required); VCA Safety certificate or willingness to obtain one (preferred); Strong attention to quality and safety; Able to work independently and as part of a team.
