Demonstrates strong attention to detail Responsibilities: Manage social media pages and channels Schedule and publish social media content Plan, organize, and maintain content calendars Monitor social media performance and key metrics Prepare monthly reports including key results, metrics, insights, and recommendations Contribute significantly to content ideation, story conception, and research. Collaborate effectively with internal teams as well as client teams when required Communicate ideas, insights and expertise with the wider team Identify trends, tribes and influencers in the communities and the industry Stay up to date with new formats and trends across major social media platforms. Stay informed about new technologies and trends within the field and share relevant knowledge with the team. Manage workload effectively and consistently meet deadlines. Demonstrate a strong understanding of social media platforms, metrics, reporting and analytics, community management, and broader digital insights.
