Site Engineer – Fit - out Projects (Civil & MEP) | International Projects - ΑΘΗΝΑ - ΑΤΤΙΚΗ

CORE Construction Group  is an international construction company specialized in fit-out and interior construction projects, delivering retail and commercial developments across multiple countries. Due to our ongoing growth, we are currently looking for a  Site Engineer  to take on overall site supervision for international fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities Overall supervision of the construction site (Civil & MEP works) Daily coordination of subcontractors and site teams across all disciplines Monitoring project progress, quality, and compliance with drawings and specifications Supervision of civil works, including: partitions, drywall systems, flooring, finishes, painting, and metal works Supervision of MEP works, including: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems Review and coordination of shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals Participation in inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities Preparation of site reports and project documentation Direct reporting to the Project Manager Requirements: Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline Proven site experience, preferably in fit-out or retail projects Willingness to work abroad for extended periods Very good command of English Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills Hands-on, site-oriented mindset MS Office required (AutoCAD) Benefits: Competitive remuneration package Travel, accommodation, and per diem fully covered Exposure to international projects Career development opportunities within a structured organization
