As a Shift Leader, your responsibilities will include: Lead the Floor: Run daily shifts, coordinate the team, and ensure smooth store operations. Customer Excellence: Drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and mentor junior team members to do the same. Merchandising & Stock: Maintain high commercial standards, ensuring products are well-displayed and stock levels are optimized. Opening/Closing Duties: Handle cash management, store security, and health & safety procedures during your shifts.
