As a Senior Groups & Events Executive, you will play a key role in maximizing conversion opportunities and driving revenue growth for the hotel’s Groups & Events business. You will manage incoming inquiries, prepare tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and work closely with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to confirmation. Responsibilities Manage and convert Groups & Events inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and maximizing revenue opportunities. Prepare proposals, contracts, and event quotations in line with hotel pricing and commercial strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and event planners throughout the sales process. Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to ensure accurate event planning and execution. Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of business opportunities and client interactions, in CRM systems (Delphi, Opera, OnQ and other systems), ensuring data accuracy and proper tracking. Monitor conversion performance and identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and revenue generation. Conduct site inspections and client meetings when required to support business conversion.
