Senior Event Executive - ΑΘΗΝΑ - ΑΤΤΙΚΗ

We are looking for an experienced  Senior Events Executive to join our team and take ownership of the planning, coordination, and execution of high-profile conferences, corporate events, and webinars. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys managing complex projects, working with multiple stakeholders, solving challenges under pressure, and delivering exceptional event experiences from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of conferences, corporate events, webinars, and hybrid events. Coordinate clients, speakers, venues, suppliers, production teams, and external partners throughout each project. Develop project timelines, budgets, and operational plans while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Manage venue logistics, technical production, audiovisual requirements, live streaming, and event operations. Oversee online and hybrid event delivery, including webinar platforms and virtual attendee experience. Prepare commercial proposals and coordinate supplier quotations when required. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by maintaining excellent communication before, during, and after each event. Anticipate operational risks and resolve issues quickly during live productions. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Event Management and Event Production. Proven experience managing conferences, corporate events, or large-scale business events. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform effectively in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience coordinating external vendors and technical production teams. Very good command of English (written and spoken). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Nice to Have: Experience with webinar and virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom). Familiarity with WordPress or similar Content Management Systems (CMS).
