As part of our continued growth, we are looking for ambitious and results-driven Sales Engineers to strengthen our technical projects team. Your Mission: As a Sales Engineer, you will drive business growth by building strong client partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering high-value technical solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence while ensuring outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage strong business relationships with clients in technical projects, driving sustainable sales growth and long-term partnerships Identify and approach new clients to expand the portfolio and increase market share Manage the full sales cycle: from technical proposal and quotation to negotiation and contract closure Source and collaborate with suppliers to secure competitive and optimal technical solutions Oversee contract implementation through completion, ensuring customer satisfaction Track sales opportunities and maintain CRM updates to improve conversion rates Monitor client market positioning and evolving needs to proactively adjust commercial strategies Analyze KPIs and sales data to forecast growth and design targeted development plans Monitor market trends and competition, proposing strategic actions to maintain competitive advantage What You Bring: Proven experience in technical sales and large-scale technical projects (industrial -hydraulic sector preferred) Strong market awareness and commercial acumen Excellent communication (technical, presentation, executive) and interpersonal skills Effective negotiation, project coordination, and technical problem-solving skills Engineering degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM & ERP systems Fluency in Greek & English Willingness to travel within Greece and abroad What We Offer: Career growth path within a stable and expanding organization Continuous technical training & professional development opportunities Competitive salary aligned with experience and expertise Performance-based bonus Company car, mobile phone & laptop Group private life & health insurance (with option to include family members) Participation in ESG, wellness initiatives & corporate events Pleasant, organized and creative working environment with strong focus on teamwork and development If you are passionate about technical sales, engineering solutions, and building long-term partnerships, we look forward to meeting you.
