Driving and coordinating cross-functional projects from planning to delivery. Preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders. Extracting, analyzing, and preparing reports from ERP to support decision-making, KPI tracking, and performance monitoring. Supporting decision-making through data analysis, financial insights, and business research. Using AI tools , Power BI, and Excel AI features to enhance analysis, reporting, and productivity.  Improving internal processes by identifying opportunities for automation and smarter ways of working. Coordinating communication between the CEO, leadership team, and key stakeholders.
