Key responsibilities: Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized service, resolving concerns, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, shift briefings, quality control, inventory, and driving upselling opportunities. Recruit, train, motivate, and develop team members while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
