Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Manager - ΘΕΣΣΑΛΟΝΙΚΗ

Crystal S.A ., a leading manufacturer specializing in professional plug-in refrigerators and freezers, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager to join our dynamic team in Nea Santa, Kilkis . Responsibilities: Supervise a team of QA/QC Specialists and the activities of Incoming Materials QC, Production Quality Inspections, and Finished Products QC. Collaborate with suppliers to meet the quality requirements of raw materials. Develop and implement QC procedures and evaluation criteria to ensure product compliance with quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are properly documented to maintain product quality. Develop monthly reports for non-conformities of incoming materials, processes, and finished products. Follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Identify quality issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams on product quality improvement initiatives (PDCA). Run and review product inspections and test plans for quality issues. Follow up on calibration and maintenance procedures of QC equipment. Liaise with external collaborators and third parties to ensure quality audits and QMS certification activities are successfully conducted. Required Qualifications: BSc or MSc in Engineering or an equivalent degree. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent command of written and spoken Greek and English. Knowledge of ISO 9001 / 14001 management systems.
