Italian Customer Service Agent We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Italian Customer Representative to join our growing team in the exciting field of electric mobility and EV charging solutions. In this role, you will support our Italian-speaking customers by providing high-quality assistance related to electric vehicle charging, charging stations, and related services.   Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone Assist customers with inquiries related to electric vehicle charging, payments, charging stations, and respective applications Escalate more complex cases when necessary Guide users through the use of EV charging platforms and services Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely solutions Stay up to date with company products, services, and developments in the e-mobility sector
