IT Coordinator - ΑΘΗΝΑ - ΑΤΤΙΚΗ

The opportunity is available for a dedicated IT Coordinator to be the backbone of technology operation! The IT Coordinator position is full time, based in Athens. As an IT Coordinator your duties will be the following: Maintain and enhance the IT infrastructure and essential software (e.g., Exams software, e-Finance), including generating reports and performing necessary upgrades Lead and assist in the coordination and execution of all global software upgrades and hardware replacement initiatives Provide essential, continuous technical assistance for significant Computer-Based Exams (CB Exams) like INSPERA, IELTS, Digital Cambridge, TestReach, APTIS (weekly), and ACCA (quarterly) at various offsite locations, maintaining strong communication with relevant IT team Maintain accurate IT hardware and software inventory, ensuring full compliance with all licensing requirements Daily updates of the HAM Database are required Manage IT procurement and supervise external IT contractors and suppliers to ensure effective service delivery Provide comprehensive support to all IT users and manage the configuration, maintenance, and complex setup of Teaching Centre equipment Set up and maintain IT systems in Athens, Thessaloniki, and Nicosia (Cyprus), including Alternative Incident Centres, strictly observing all Corporate IT and security guidelines Provide ongoing support and management for four major SharePoint sites across Greece and Cyprus
