On a daily basis, the management of the company, as well as a team of Mental Health professionals, take care of the well-being of every associate and each team on a personal and professional level.  As a Hostess/Host you will Ensure the smooth operation of the shift through customer focused service delivery Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with company standards Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures Schedule reservations and gather additional information of guest ‘s preferences Prevent and handle guest issues and concerns in an efficient and professional manner Entry Requirements Have experience in a similar role.
