Responsibilities: Ensure a polite and warm welcome to all guests Serve welcome drinks upon guests’ arrival Collect and deliver guest luggage and equipment in an efficient and timely manner Provide information of hotel facilities, services and local area Keep the lobby and surrounding public areas clean and tidy Assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested Other tasks as requested by management and/or Front Desk shift leader or Guest Relations Agent Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position ideally within a 4* or 5* hotel Excellent knowledge and use of Greek and English both written and verbal (A second foreign language will be considered an asset) Pleasant personality with enviable customer service skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
