Welcome, seat, and assist guests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the assigned work area in compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Set up, clear, and reset tables efficiently to ensure the smooth operation of the dining area. Communicate effectively with the Kitchen, Bar, and other hotel departments to ensure excellent guest service. Handle guest requests, dietary requirements, and complaints with professionalism, escalating issues to the supervisor when necessary. Adhere to company policies, operating procedures, and HACCP food safety and hygiene standards. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and productive team environment. Maintain a professional appearance and conduct, representing the company's values and image at all times.
