Each hotel is inspires by the lands of Zakynthos in its own right and invites guests to become immersed in the lush nature, inspiring traditions and authentic lifestyle of the finest Ionian Island Key responsibilities: Organizing, supervising and training the team Coordinator and supervise daily restaurant tasks Work closely with the restaurant manager Monitoring stock and inventory Ensure guest are served within specified time Focusing in customer service and satisfaction Ensure that hotel brand standards are implemented
