Define design goals, processes, and quality standards. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, PMT and business teams. Review and approve design work and deliverables. Ensure consistency across design systems. Manage project timelines, priorities, and resources. Support performance reviews, evaluate existing and new (design) subcontractors. Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design decisions. Present design concepts and strategy to stakeholders. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in design practices.
