Key responsibilities: Review customer orders and ensure that all aspects of the Supply chain process are met to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time Respond in a timely and professional manner to a broad range of customer queries on a variety of topics such as delivery schedules, product returns, invoicing issues etc. Able to consolidate complex information and formulate appropriate responses to customers Show understanding of the operational processes regarding the products and their flow through the supply chain. Be a passionate advocate and build loyalty among new customers while answering any questions that come your way Show empathy to frustrated customers while solving problems and addressing unsatisfactory experiences Triage issues and escalate them when necessary
