Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver dishes according to Executive Chef standards Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations Prepare meat, fish and vegetables with attention to quality and presentation Ensure cleanliness, organization and readiness of workstations Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and restocking Follow kitchen SOPs, HACCP and health & safety regulations
