Adecco HR  is the global leader in HR services, certified in Greece with ISO 9001:2015 in the field of search and selection services and temporary placement.  Adecco  is currently seeking, on behalf of its client,  on behalf of a leading international company operating in the online gaming and entertainment industry , for a dynamic professional to cover the following position: Consumer Insights Analyst  (Kifisia) Job Description · Support the design, execution, and delivery of quantitative and qualitative consumer and market research projects · Coordinate research activities with external research agencies and partners across multiple international markets · Develop questionnaires, discussion guides, and other research materials · Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and translate findings into actionable business insights · Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries for internal stakeholders · Monitor consumer trends, market developments, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities · Support ongoing Brand Health, Customer Experience, and other strategic research programs · Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Product, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams to address business challenges through research · Support the management of research timelines, budgets, and project deliverables · Contribute to the development of a customer-centric culture by representing the voice of the customer across the organization
