Job responsibilities :  Develop and maintain strong relationships with luxury hotels, concierges, travel advisors, event planners, private clients, and other key partners. Proactively promote the restaurant and generate new business through external sales, networking, visits, and relationship building. Identify and develop opportunities with corporate, and international clientele. Represent the restaurant at relevant events, hotels, luxury venues, and industry functions. Build and maintain a strong network of local and international contacts. Manage guest requests, VIP arrangements, special occasions, and personalized experiences. Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring a warm and highly personalized experience. Work closely with the reservations, service, and management teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. Follow up with clients and partners to develop repeat business and long-term relationships. Support the restaurant team during service and busy periods when required. Maintain accurate records of contacts, leads, guest preferences, and business opportunities. Handle all guest and client information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
