Mitsis Group offers a new job in its hotels: Concierge Agent Location: Crete Employment Type: Contract Position Scope: To ensure that we, along with our network of partners, provide efficient, prompt, and professional services that meet and exceed our guests’ expectations. Key Responsibilities: Operates the Mitsis Concierge platform. Understands customer’s needs and provides personalized solutions regarding activities, facilities and services provided by the hotel. Acts as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to the wishes and requirements. Collaborates with reception staff to meet guests' needs. Optimizes revenue through sales of concierge services.
