Key Responsibilities: Keep the team on track to meet daily and monthly performance goals. Support call center agents in troubleshooting and out-of-schedule issues, while mediating between segments to solve problems efficiently. Identify who needs training, give helpful feedback, and keep the team motivated. Take the lead on customer problems and make sure they get resolved quickly and professionally. Keep a close eye on retail targets to make sure the team is hitting its marks.
