We are seeking an experienced and reliable Yacht Skipper to join a private luxury villa estate in Paros for the summer season. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining a private Boston Whaler 370 Outrage centre console vessel and ensuring that the yacht is kept in excellent condition at all times. This is an ideal opportunity for a professional skipper who enjoys working in a private, high-end environment and takes pride in vessel care and guest safety. Key Responsibilities Safely operate and navigate the private Boston Whaler 370 Outrage. Transport villa owners and guests as required. Perform routine cleaning, detailing, and maintenance of the vessel. Monitor and coordinate servicing, repairs, and maintenance requirements. Conduct pre-departure and post-trip inspections. Ensure compliance with all maritime safety regulations and procedures. Maintain the yacht in pristine operational and presentation condition. Assist with general marine-related duties associated with the luxury villa property. Requirements Minimum 3 years of proven skipper experience. Valid skipper's license and all certifications required under Greek maritime regulations. Strong knowledge of boat handling, navigation, and safety procedures. Good communication skills and professional appearance. Fluent English required; Greek language skills are an advantage. Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
