Admin/Procurement Assistant  – temporary 6 months An  Admin/Procurement Assistant is responsible for negotiating and purchasing goods and services. Admin/Procurement Assistant  is responsible to ensure supply continuity with delivery of the required goods or service on right time, right place, right quality and right price. Operating between internal departments and external vendors, Buyer drives cost savings and manage day-to-day purchasing execution.   Key Responsibilities Supplier Sourcing: Identify and evaluate vendors based on capabilities, quality, and financial stability. Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate the best pricing, discounts, and delivery terms. Purchase Orders (POs): Create, track, and manage POs from initial requisition to final delivery. Cost & Budget Analysis: Analyze total cost of ownership (TCO), review quotes, and monitor procurement budgets. Inventory Planning: Collaborate with operations to prevent stock outs and optimize stock levels. Vendor Relations: Monitor supplier KPIs and build strategic, long-term partnerships. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: High school or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Finance (or equivalent experience). Experience: 1-3 years in procurement Negotiation Skills: Strong persuasion and ability to secure favorable commercial terms. Analytical Abilities: Proficient in data analysis, cost reporting, and market trend tracking. Tech Literacy: Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, time management, and conflict resolution.
