Accountant - ΑΘΗΝΑ - ΑΤΤΙΚΗ

DrP Wellness Group is a rapidly growing pharmacy retail platform, operating a network of pharmacies across Greece. As part of our continued growth strategy, we are seeking an Accountant to join our Finance team and report to the Accounting Manager. You will support the day-to-day accounting operations of the Group and contribute to the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and information.   Key Responsibilities Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations and bookkeeping. Maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with Greek Accounting Standards (ELP) Reconcile supplier, customer and general ledger accounts and investigate any discrepancies Perform daily store cash reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items Support month-end and year-end closing procedures Review and process supplier invoices and employee expense claims Monitor and support payment preparation and execution processes Support VAT, withholding tax, myDATA and other statutory reporting requirements Liaise with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors and public authorities when required Assist with payroll accounting and related reconciliations Support accounting integration and harmonization activities related to newly acquired entities Contribute to process improvement initiatives and finance transformation projects   Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience Good knowledge of Greek Accounting Standards and tax regulations Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Knowledge of myDATA processes and electronic invoicing requirements Good command of English, both written and spoken   Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Team-oriented with a collaborative approach Strong organizational and communication skills High level of integrity and accountability   What We Offer Opportunity to join a fast-growing and ambitious retail healthcare platform Exposure to business integration projects and finance transformation initiatives Dynamic and collaborative working environment Competitive compensation package and professional development opportunities
